Actually hes to noob for just a designer offering hes work for that high price.. hes just a web designer not a web developer, Web developer is the one have the guts to offer high to fit their salary, like me i know designing and a 5 yrs php programmer, javascript, css, html, dhtml, ajax, photoshop and flash..but i dont offer a high salary because i want the employer see my work and hes the one who will offer a good salary without him even asking…just try to put your feet on the floor man, coz i know many web designer the better good or maybe best than you…and im surely know it without seeing your portfolio..Just dont believe in yourself much man..you still have many things to learn…tnx…

one thing puzzles me. You’re the one that applied for the job but why in the world are you the one ranting and raving about the salary. Knowing that the salary range is already in the job post, why ask for more or even apply for it if it is not within your standards. kung magaling ka, humungio ka ng mas mataas. chaka wag kang maiingit kung may mga taong mas mataas ang asking sayo, kahit pa php guru ka pa. isip[in mo, baka naman creative siya o marunong siyang makipag-usap or magaling siyang humawak ng tao. ang designing, di lang tutok sa computer. minsan kelangan mong magsalita. siguro dapat kelangan plasteran bibiig ng mga taong sa technical skills lang sinusukat ang sweldo. ayos ba?
